My Approach
I take a gentle, open, and relational approach to therapy holding a deep respect for each person’s unique story. My aim is to understand not only the immediate struggles a person faces but also the broader narrative—one’s personality, history, values, and inner world.
I support individuals as they navigate the complexities of the social world, helping them make sense of their struggles, find relief, and connect more authentically with themselves and others. I'm committed to walking alongside a person as they move toward a life that is more sustainable, meaningful, and fruitful.
Treatment
My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in a psychodynamic framework, however, I integrate elements of Schema Therapy, Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) depending on what is best suited to the person.
